I am so grateful to God for the help I received at the Ashley store today. I was greeted by Kenita and Paul, and they were incredibly helpful. Everything was so fast, efficient, and it truly eased the burden of my move and buying new furniture. I can't recommend them enough!

When you get into Ashley, ask for Shae!! We spent about 3 hours in the store looking at (and laying on) every couch in the store. She was super knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful the whole time. Not once did we feel like we were being sold to, either. Her and I moved furniture and pillows around the store to see every combination of couch, chair, and color imaginable. Plus, the whole time, she had the calculator out providing quotes for every one we thought of. Even after leaving the store she made sure that we could measure the space, and change anything on the order. We ended up with a sectional, table, bed frame and a swivel chair that’ll make my new apartment feel like home!! Thank you Ashley — and more importantly, thank you Shae!! My first day in Connecticut was a blast! 😊

Excellent experience start to finish. Zuedi was so easy to work with and was able to go above and beyond with delivery time. After six weeks battling with US furniture in Orange and delay after delay on delivery date and finally having to put stop payment on my credit card, Ashley furniture was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I love buying furniture at Ashley. For many years I used Raymond and Flannigan. I have rentals, so I always need to buy or replace something. I had numerous problems in the past. A couple of weeks ago we went to Ashley for the first time. The sales people, the manager, the delivery guys. Justis, Jessy, Ever. They all made our experience wonderful. They all, the three of them went above and beyond.Thank you. I will add pictures next week.

I was pleased to work with David Tate it was definitely a pleasure working with him. I know him from BJ’s when he used to be a store manager there he’s helped me with a lot of great things. Great Customer Service Shae is great She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, even offering to make herself available if I needed anything at all after our purchase. I needed my couch to be delivered before Thanksgiving and she made it happen. That level of dedication and customer care is rare, and we are so grateful Thank you Shae 😄

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, Jennifer warmly welcomed us and was incredibly attentive and friendly. We later learned it was her very first day—but you would never have guessed. A MASSIVE shoutout to Kenita, who was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She made sure we got everything we wanted and needed, and her guidance made our visit completely stress-free and enjoyable. We left feeling thrilled with our purchase and so grateful for the outstanding service. We can’t recommend this team highly enough!

My husband and I came here yesterday looking for a sofa. Paul helped is and truly made us feel like celebrities. He walked with is through all our configuration possibilities, types of sofas, quality and everything in between. The store closed at 9pm and he stood with us til almost 10:30pm completing the purchasing progress. He truly went above and beyond. We literally told the manager, this man deserves a huge raise. His customer service was AMAZING! The manager Collin was also amazing! He was attentive to us and our buying process along with Paul, and made the process so smooth. We definitely recommend coming to this store for all your home furniture and ask for Paul you wont regret it.

Delivery was seamless. Excellent communication beginning mid week to confirm day and delivery window, then regular reminders via email and text right up until the driver and his partner arrived. Alexis and his partner (didn’t get his name unfortunately) did a wonderful job bringing everything into my apartment and setting it up. They handled everything with care and attention and cleaned up all the packaging material. They were friendly and efficient. Great delivery service! And I love my new furniture!!

My wife and I visited Ashley Furniture in Milford, CT and were immediately greeted by David Tate. He was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the different factors that go into choosing the right furniture. We were shopping for our new home and ended up purchasing a couch and dining room table. Throughout the entire process, Dave was helpful without ever being pushy. He gave honest feedback on what would fit well and look best in our space, which we really appreciated. After purchasing our couch, my wife ended up finding a different one she liked better. Even though it created extra work, Dave was more than happy to help us make the switch and made the process easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend working with Dave if you visit this location.
